This Privacy Policy explains how MASTERMINDNEO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("MastermindNeo", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, processes, and discloses information when you access or use the GoVia platform.

Location access can generally be controlled through device settings. Disabling location permissions may limit certain platform functionality.

Cookies and Tracking

The GoVia website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics or tracking scripts. We use your browser's local storage only for functional purposes, such as remembering your light/dark display preference — this information stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with any third party.

10. Children's Privacy

GoVia is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that such information has been collected, appropriate steps may be taken to remove it.

11. International Data Processing

Most of your information is stored and processed on servers located in India (Mumbai), including our database, application servers, file storage for photos and verification documents, and email delivery systems.

Certain limited categories of information are also processed by third-party service providers located outside India, strictly for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Push notifications — Google Firebase (Google LLC, United States): used to deliver app notifications to your device.
  • WhatsApp messaging — Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States): used to send booking, verification, and support messages where you have WhatsApp communication enabled.
  • Crash and error monitoring — Sentry (United States): used to diagnose app crashes and errors. This may include device and session information, and, for a sample of sessions (particularly those where an error occurs), a technical replay of on-screen app interactions, to help us identify and fix issues.
  • Maps and route calculation — Google LLC (United States): used to calculate distances, routes, and display maps when you search for or post a trip.

Payment processing (Razorpay, Cashfree) and SMS/OTP delivery (MSG91) are handled by India-based providers.

By using GoVia, you consent to this processing, carried out under contractual and technical safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the platform following publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
